HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DISPATCH MY ORDER?

The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hours of the order being made.

WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE TO ME?

We currently offer 2 UK based options:

  • Royal Mail First-Class

    Average Delivery Time: 1-2 Working Days

  • Royal Mail 48hr Tracked

    Average Delivery Time: 2-3 Working Days

DO YOU OFFER FREE DELIVERY?

We offer FREE Royal Mail 48hr Tracked Delivery to every UK customer that spends over £100 per order online with us.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We do ship all of our orders Worldwide. This will be calculated for you at the checkout.

PRE-ORDER DELIVERY

If your online purchase contains a Pre-Order, we will not be able to ship your order in full until the Pre-Order release date. All Pre-Order release dates are subject to change.

CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER IN PERSON?

Click & Collect is available at the shop from Wednesday to Saturday, 11am-5pm (GMT). Just simply select this option at the checkout.

Returns & Refunds

ON RECEIVING MY ORDER I'VE DECIDED I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN IT, HOW CAN I RETURN ITEMS?

If you change your mind about an order or part of an order, you can choose to return any items you no longer require. You will only be refunded for the item, not the postage fees paid. This is because those fees will have already been paid to the delivery company used.

Records must be returned in the same condition that you have received it in. It also must be in its original packaging.

Please note that Gift Vouchers are exempt from being returned.

HOW MANY DAYS DO I HAVE TO DECIDE?

You must return items 14 days from the date you received them. 

DO YOU COVER RETURN COSTS FOR ITEMS I NO LONGER WANT?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cover return costs for items you no longer want. We hope the product information & sound clips across our site offer you plenty of details to make your decision on whether or not the record is for you. 

HOW SHOULD I RETURN SAID ITEM(S)?

If you still wish to return your item, please return it to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

IMPORTANT:

Please include a note of your order number and reason for the return inside of the parcel. This will help us process your refund faster. If you do not take this step, it will take us longer to process your refund.

We strongly advise that you send your returns via Tracked Postage. Nothing Ventured Vinyl is not responsible for items lost during the delivery process.
